MyGentleBorn Prenatal Classes
The MyGentleBorn prenatal classes can be attended alone or with your birthing partner. To allow plenty of time for preparation and practice, I recommend to start prenatal classes between your 20th and 32nd week of pregnancy.
The MyGentleBorn Course is a complete prenatal
12 hour program designed to build confidence so that you and your partner can prepare for a stress-free, pleasant and gentle birth.
In 4 x 3 hour classes, you will learn how to use powerful breathing, relaxation and visualization techniques as well as tools to release fears and other limiting thoughts.
